At SilverPointLuxury, each creation is conceived as an expression of timeless elegance and refined craftsmanship. While we are confident in the beauty and quality of our pieces, we recognize that exceptional service includes clarity and discretion.

Eligibility for Returns

Select in-stock creations may be eligible for return or exchange within ten (10) days from the first delivery attempt, provided the item is returned in its original, pristine condition.

To qualify for a return:

All original tags must remain intact

The piece must be unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of use or damage

Items purchased through a payment plan are not eligible for refunds

Please note that bespoke, custom-made, resized, polished, altered, or special-order pieces are final sale. These creations are crafted exclusively upon request and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved.
Prior to shipping, clients are required to contact a SilverPointLuxury Client Advisor to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Returns received without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipment Guidelines

Returned items must be sent with:

The original packaging

All accompanying documentation

Clients are responsible for arranging return shipment using a reputable carrier, with the package fully insured for the original purchase value.
All shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the client.

For security and discretion, the word “jewelry” must not appear anywhere on the exterior of the package. We strongly advise retaining proof of shipment and delivery confirmation.

SilverPointLuxury cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Upon receipt, each return is carefully reviewed by our Quality Assurance specialists.
Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

Please allow up to five (5) business days from the date of receipt for refund processing.
