At SilverPointLuxury, each creation is crafted with intention, precision, and uncompromising attention to detail. To honor the integrity of our craftsmanship, we offer the following limited warranty.

30-Day Limited Warranty

SilverPointLuxury provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of original purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Should a defect be identified within this period, and upon compliance with our return instructions, SilverPointLuxury, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, may elect to:

(i) Expertly repair the item
(ii) Replace the item with the same or a comparable piece of equal value and condition
(iii) Issue a store credit or refund equivalent to the original purchase price

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear, aging, scratches, accidental impact, misuse, improper storage, or neglect.

Any claim submitted under this warranty is subject to professional inspection by our specialists to determine eligibility. Until such evaluation is completed, no repair, replacement, or refund obligation shall arise.

In the event a refund or store credit is granted, ownership of the returned item shall transfer to SilverPointLuxury.

Lost or stolen items are not covered under this warranty.

Variations inherent to handcrafted jewelry are not considered defects but a signature of authenticity and artisanal excellence.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable law.
